  5.    DESCRIPTION:
  6.    A Comment is a bit of information which can be tagged to a file or
  7.    directory.

  9.    The comment can be anything from a personal note for the user or a
  10.    note for others to see.

  12.    Tagging a comment to a file will not in any way change or affect the
  13.    file itself.

  16.    NOTES:
  17.    To view the comment use the AmigaDOS command "List" or from Workbench
  18.    execute the Icons Information Window.
